Unique Housewarming Gift Guide
Ello, folks! I hope that you are all having a wonderful day? Today I wanted to share with you some of my favorite housewarming gifts for the 2020 season. When moving into a new home it can be so stressful, not to mention cost a ton of money to furnish and get everything you need and want. Below you will find an amazing lineup of gifts for the perfect housewarming gift for that special someone.
When our home burnt down, I can’t tell you how hard it has been to furnish everything. It has been the small things that I have missed. So let’s get right down to it, shall we?
Housewarming Gifts
My first choice is someone that I have known for a long time and I have adored his artwork. Before our home burnt down, I actually had a piece of Andy and I just adore his unique pieces. What I love most is that all art is handmade in the US, Brooklyn in fact.

His prices are super affordable and once a piece is sold out that is it! The prices are between $99-$199 framed ($55-$69 for unframed photographic prints). Everything you need to hang your new artwork is included. The art comes with hanging instructions and bits. If you decided on a framed item it does come with a little cleaning cloth as well. Super cool right.
Andy offers a wide variety of art (drawing, painting, photography, embossing, among others) so anyone can easily find a piece that appeals to them. I would highly recommend Andy for the perfect housewarming gift!
Another perfect housewarming gift are candles. I think just about everyone loves candles and I know I am one of those people. Being a HUGE snob when it comes to candles, I am so impressed with the WEN by Chaz Dean Deluxe Candle. These are totally out of this world amazing!
My favorite would have to be the love candle. This will fill your home with aromas of efflorescent Plumeria, Rose blooms and a hint of White Grapefruit and Acai. Each candle is handcrafted with a Soy, Paraffin and Coconut wax blend with a cotton wick, free of lead and zinc.
They are just so beautiful and smell amazing. Another option when it comes to candles, and again one of my personal favorites is the Fulton & Roark Lassen Candle. These candles are $45.00 and smell amazing! My favorite, of course, is the Lassen candle which will fill the home with warmth with the scents of Violet, Cedar, and Sagebrush. With a 90 hour burn time you can’t go wrong with these amazing candles.

My last choice when it comes to unique housewarming gifts is really something everyone can use! The SWIGSAFE Tumbler. Have you heard of it? Many of you might not know but I adore Rae Dunn. That being said I like to find unique items for my home that sort of follow that theme. I also wanted to share some of those finds with you.
