Howdy, everyone! I hope that you are having a beautiful week? Today I wanted to share with you another colorful and easy to make recipe that I can up with using items you probably already have around your home. As most of you know, I love color, and when it comes to my food, it better be super colorful if you want me to enjoy it. I love bright colors when it comes to my desserts, and today I wanted to share with you the Ultimate Unicorn Poop Ice Cream On A Waffle.
I really love ice cream and waffles together so why not make it colorful?
To create this fantastic treat, you will need a couple of things so let’s get that out of the way first.
What you need for your Unicorn Poop:
- One Eggo Waffle (You can use any type, but I used the homestyle
- Wilton Candy Dips White
- Your choice of food coloring
- One scoop of ice cream (vanilla)
To first get your waffles unthawed if they are frozen. I find that if you warm them up, it is super yummy with the ice cream. Next, take a handful of your white chips and melt in the microwave. After they are melted, add your choice of food coloring.
You will want to slather some of the colored candy dips with the color of your choice. You can make this as thick or as thin as you would like.
Set that aside and get your ice cream out. Add about a scoop of vanilla ice cream to a bowl. Next, add your coloring by simply tossing the ice cream in the color.
Once that is finished simply scoop your ice cream onto the waffle. I added a little bit of the blue chocolate to the pink ice cream which is optional. Lastly, add some freaking sprinkles. Ta-Da!! How simple is that?
All of my inspiration for food comes actually from fashion and items that I look at online. From now on I will link below inspiration that I found online to help me create different foodie type posts. I do hope you check out my little treat as well as the inspiration. Maybe it will inspire you.
