Smell America With Yankee Candles New Collection “See America”

Howdy, everyone! I hope that you are having a wonderful week so far. Today I wanted to chat about the new collection from the beloved Yankee Candle and how they have teamed up with the Creative Action Network to do some good! The new collection is called See America and in the collection are some of my newest favorites from Yankee Candle that you have to check out for yourself. As summer approaches many of us will be going on holiday to different parts of the US and seeing new sights and smelling new smells. Some of us, like myself, will be staying at home this year. Since I am a caregiver, it is hard for me to do anything and being able to smell all those beautiful smells inspired by beautiful locations around the US is amazing.

Before I get into each scent and which ones I would say are a must to pick up at Yankee Candle I wanted to tell you how Yankee Candle is giving back with this collection. The launch of their exclusive See America fragrances in partnership with Creative Action Network, helping to support the National Parks Conservation Association.

Yankee Candle selected six of the most popular images from Creative Action Network’s (CAN) See America Project, which consists of nearly 2,000 pieces of original artwork and photography of national parks and treasured landmarks across the United States. CAN donates 10 percent of its proceeds to the National Parks Conservation Association, the organization devoted to protecting some of America’s greatest treasures through advocacy on behalf of the National Parks System.

One of my favorite features of these particular candles is the artwork on the fronts. They are so beautiful and just taking a moment to sit and look at the beautiful images while taking deep breaths takes you away and transports you to the location. So let’s get down to the scents themselves and how they embrace each location.

Yankee Candle See America Collection

The See America fragrances are captivating, allowing you to relive special memories like that trip to the Grand Canyon last summer or experience one of the landmark destinations for the first time in the comfort of your own home,” said Nancy Sacco, director of brand marketing, Yankee Candle Company.

There are a total of six candles in this collection which are Cape Cod National Seashore, Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Golden Gate National Recreation Area, Grand Canyon National Park, Everglades National Park, and Badlands National Park.  Each of the candles embraces each location with a beautiful scene on the front from an artist as well as beautiful smells that enchant you as it burns.

Each of these candles is amazing, and it was super hard to choose which one I would burn first, but the winner was the Badlands National Park. I love patchouli and mixed with the sage and cedar does make it a bit masculine but perfect for my home. The Grand Canyon National Park also has patchouli, and this would come in my second favorite. They all have beautiful fragrances that really give you a sense of the location without ever leaving your home. Nothing could be better for me in my situation of not being able to travel this summer.

Since this is a limited edition collection, I would highly suggest picking these up sooner than later. The new fragrances are available for purchase now at Yankee Candle’s more than 500 retail stores, www.yankeecandle.com, and select specialty retailers, department stores, and gift shops while supplies last. See America in a with the scent of a candle.
