Howdy, everyone! I hope that you are all having a great week so far. Today I wanted to chat about a great addition to your home, the Phillips Pasta Maker. I must admit pasta is my weakness in life and I enjoy it a bit too much sometimes.

I have never really owned a Pasta Maker that was not just way too big for my kitchen. I have a very tiny space so everything that I use needs to fit. The Phillips Pasta Maker is super compact and can be easily stored when not in use.

With powerful and automatic mixing, kneading and extruding, the Philips Avance Pasta maker allows you to make a pound of fresh pasta or noodles within 15 minutes! Now you can control everything that goes into your pasta with no unknown ingredients.  Add in fresh, nutritious ingredients like egg, spinach, and carrot juice to create healthy and worry-free homemade pasta and noodles for your family. There’s literally no end to different pasta shapes, colors, and flavors that you can make. That’s why Philips is the #1 Pasta Maker brand in Italy!

Over the weekend I had a chance to check out this pasta maker and believe me I am in love. I adore how simple it is to use and again how compact it is. You can make all kinds of noodles, effortlessly and easily. I made a simple spaghetti noodle for my family over the weekend and it was a hit!

Since I don’t eat meat I wanted to actually make something that I could eat so I just did a simple Spaghetti with Cottage Cheese. I will include a recipe below. This is something that I have ate since I was a child and just really enjoy the flavor. The Phillips Pasta maker makes, making pasta a breeze and literally, the machine does everything for you. Below you will find some images of the machine in use. Take notice to how compact this baby is!

Everything is super simple to use and turned out perfectly! This weekend I just did a simple Cottage Cheese and Noodles to try this out and I am not tooting my horn but these were delish!! I would highly suggest checking out the Phillips Pasta Maker and start making your own creations!
