Pizza Quesadillas Recipe: Lunch Made Simple
Ello, folks! I do hope that you all are having a fine day? With things still in crazy mode in the United States and people not working, including bloggers like myself, I wanted to share an amazing Pizza Quesadillas recipe with you.

Quesadillas are one of my favorite things to eat for lunch because they are so simple to make and just about our entire family loves them.

One day, while I was just tired of our normal Quesadillas I decided to try out the Pizza Quesadillas and boy was it a hit.
There was not a sad face around the table. This recipe of course is not new, by any means and can be found everywhere on the web but I think this recipe is just too good and super simple not to share with you.

How To make Pizza Quesadillas?
Making the Pizza Quesadillas could not be simpler but I thought I would run through the process. When I make a recipe from an online source I adore lots of images, so I tend to include a lot in mine.
What You Need:
- 8 flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 24 slices of pepperoni
- Marinara sauce for dipping
You can use your families favorite Marinara Sauce for dipping. Personally, since I don’t do tomato base sauces well I tend to use even ranch on mine.
To get started heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat. Place one quesadilla in the warm skillet. Top with 1/4 cup of cheese.

Next, place the pepperoni on top of the cheese.

Place the second tortilla on top. This you will cook for about five minutes, then flip the quesadilla and cook the opposite side for another five minutes.

We slice ours into about eight pieces and then serve with a side of marinara sauce for dipping or ranch.

This is the perfect quick lunch or even would be a great little appetizer for the summer. You can also make these on the grill the same way.
