Luck Of The Irish St. Patrick’s Day Bark
I don’t know about you but the month of February has been dragging out so bad, and I have been so excited to post this! Today I wanted to share with you a super easy and fun St. Patrick’s Day Bark. Not only can the entire family help to create this but it would make great little treats for your entire family. Our family never really does much for St. Patrick’s Day but I wanted to create this little recipe in hopes to change that tradition. Below you will find step by step images including a printable recipe. I do hope that you check it out and love it as much as we do!
- 1 ½ Cups White Chocolate Discs
- ¼ Cup light green, dark green, yellow-green Chocolate Discs
- Lucky Charms Cereal (I used the clover hat marshmallows out of it)
- Mint M&M’s
- Rainbow Sour Strip Candy
- Dark and Light Green Sugar
- Green Sprinkles
- Parchment Paper
The first thing that you will want to do is in four separate bowls, melt each chocolate discs according to package directions. On a parchment lined cookie sheet, spread the white melted chocolate evenly over the parchment paper.
Sprinkle on the M&M’s, clover hat marshmallows, green sugars, green sprinkles and 1-inch pieces of the rainbow strip candy.
In three separate baggies, place each green chocolate and snip off very little of the corner. Pipe on 3 leaf clovers all around the white chocolate. You can mix and match colors and do some solid colors as well. Let dry!
Once everything has set up simply cut or hand break your bark to the desired size.
