Ello, Folks! I hope that you all are having a beautiful day. The husband and I are now set up in the camper, and I am working on purchasing all of my blogging equipment again. What a mess all of this has been since the fire, but I must keep this site going. Today I wanted to share with you a super easy but delish recipe, an everything bagel dip.
One thing my husband LOVES in life is everything bagels. It is the only type of bagel that he will eat, so I always have them on hand. I wanted to share a tasty spin-off for summer that is perfect for dipping everything in from pretzels to chips. This stuff is soooo GOOD!!
This recipe is perfect for summer entertaining or just a little something different for your family. This literally takes about five minutes to make. All you have to do is combine the cream cheese (1 8-ounce package) at room temperature and once cup of sour cream.
Once you have the sour cream and cream cheese mixed simply add about 2 1/2 tablespoons of the Everything but the Bagel seasoning.
Lastly, chill for about one hour and enjoy! My husband really loves this dip with his pretzels! It is a win-win situation since it just took me seconds to make this dip and he enjoys it dearly.
2 ½ tablespoons Trader Joe’s Everything but the Bagel Seasoning
In a small bowl, add the cream cheese, sour cream, and Everything but the Bagel Seasoning. Stir to combine.
Chill for at least one hour before serving.
