Cheesecake Oreo Cookies
Do you love cheesecake? How about Oreo Cookies? Well then! I think you will love this recipe. It is simply delish and simple to make using very little ingredients and sure to please any cookie lover. Since Valentine’s Day is approaching I decided to color these a pink/red color but you could also use no food coloring or different colors for different holiday’s.

I was not honestly sure how these would turn out but after having a couple taste testers, they all said that they are very good. Since I have been away from my kitchen at home still taking care of my mother in law I have had to improvise when it comes to my recipes and images. Not having the equipment that I need can really be a pain but I actually found that if you don’t have a mixer you still can make these using your good ol’ arms for mixing.

Below you will find a full recipe with details but as I said earlier you really only need just a few ingredients to make these and most of you might already have them in your pantry ready to go.

One little tip that I can give you is to make sure that both your butter and cream cheese is room temperature. This will help greatly when mixing everything together, so let’s get started. First off you will want to combine that butter and cream cheese mixing them into a light and fluffy consistency.

Next, you will want to add your sugar and flour. Mixing well. Like I said using a stand mixer would be easiest but since I am on the road I had to improvise.

Lastly, You want to fold in the Oreos, gently. After everything is incorporated you will want to put your mixture in the fridge for about an hour. This helps things to bind and easier to roll out the cookies.

I simply rolled balls, about 2 1/2 tablespoons of dough.

To finish these babies off in the oven, I set the time to 11 minutes at 350 and they came out perfectly but do mind that everyone’s oven is different. When you see that they are getting brown around the edges pull them out.
