4 90’s Kids TV Shows They Need To Bring Back

Help To Spread Our Content!

When we were younger, my entire family was very funny about what type of shows we watched. There were only a certain few series on TV that we enjoyed, and I must say as I sit here looking what is on TV today, what the hell happened?!? I mean shit, TV used to be fun! It used to be exciting, colorful, and just plain entertaining.

I wanted to share my top 4 all time kids shows that should be still on TV. I could have listed a ton, but for me, these were most memorable. Some of them are cartoon type shows as well as live action series like ‘Clarissa Explains It all.’  I want to know which “kiddo type” shows you would want to see again?!?

4 90’s Kids TV Shows They Need To Bring Back

Rugrats

Come on now! If you know anything about TV, you know that Rugrats was an entertaining show. It was freaking fun to watch! Rugrats started in 1991 (From what I remember). The entire show was about the babies point of view in life. The babies include Tommy Pickles, Chuckie Finster, and Phil and Lil Deville. Then you have Tommy’s mean cousin Angelica. This show was just super fun to watch, and I can see myself today still peeking at it through the kitchen as my child watched it.

Ren& Stimpy (Not The Adult Party Cartoon)

Now, this show I now most “90’s kids” loved! The series focuses on the titular characters: Ren Höek, a psychotic and crazy chihuahua, and Stimpson J. Cat, dimwitted cat. I will be the first to admit that this show did have some potty humor and other naughty bits, but still, it was fun to watch. It was one of those shows that even if you are a kid and have no idea what these two are talking about, just watching Ren & Stimpy made you laugh your ass off.

Clarissa Explains It All

Ok, guys. This right here was my go too when I was younger (13 and such). I mean Clarissa knew her shit! Produced for Nickelodeon, Clarissa does explain it all in this series. The entire series would be Clarissa who would tell her audience about many coming of age issues with fun and witty humor.

All That

My god, as I am sitting here typing now all I can think of is the intro song to ‘All That.’ Did you know that the theme song for ‘All That’ was actually sung by TLC? YUP. Now go look that up.   ‘All That’ actually did not have a very long run. I believe it had about ten seasons all together, but it was super fun to watch. ‘All That’ is a sketch comedy-variety show that aired on the again on  Nickelodeon. The entire show was made up of short comedic sketches and weekly musical guests.
