As we all start preparing our meals for Friday night, I thought I might share with you an easy meal to make from Modern Table Meals. My husband and I like to eat quick meals on Friday and then spend the evening watching a movie or having cocktails. This is going to be a three-part series about the different products, Modern Table offers as well as a giveaway, so that you can try out these amazing meals as well. First, let me tell you a bit about Modern Table Meals.
Modern Table provides a great tasting and healthy meals for even those crazy days when you don’t have time to make a dinner from scratch. Their pasta is bean-based which is a healthier and more sustainable alternative to animal protein sources. The pasta is made from beans and produced without flour. It offers an added nutritional value over traditional pasta; pasta made from beans delivers 12-20g of protein and 5-7g of fiber per serving. All of Modern Table meals are gluten-free except for the Teriyaki.

The great thing about Modern Table Meals, is that everything is included! No need running around trying to find all the ingredients. You can always add chicken if you eat meat or anything else. Personally I think that shrimp would be divine in this meal. The kit itself includes the veggies, sauce, seasoning and Rotini made from lentils. Their pasta is made from a bean base, which is something I have never had. All you have to do is throw it in a pot and boil just like you were making pasta. You then just drain, add your sauce and seasoning! Dinner Time! The sauce itself is a powder and you just add a bit of water with a little oil (not included).
Modern Table offers a variety of meals for your family to enjoy. As the three-day series begins I will be posting every day about their different meals. The Mediterranean Green Lentil Rotini, is a great dish. Not only is it packed full of flavor, but is also vegetarian. Since I no longer eat meat, it is hard sometimes for me to get the proper amount of protein.
