Home Chef: Easy Meals Delivered To Your Door

As you all can guess, I love to review food subscription boxes. I find some of them challenging while others are perfectly easy for someone homechef_fresh_ingredients_and_recipe_cards-a725360cf62297968aa74e9e1de09600who may not be comfortable in the kitchen. Home Chef is one of those boxes that is perfect for anyone looking to not only change the way they cook, but learn great easy techniques and flavors that will last a lifetime. Home Chef delivers meals when you need them, so you set the date! Each week their menus change which gives you the freedom to change up what you serve your family. They offer meals that will feed a family of 2, 4 or 6 people, so just about everyone can take advantage of Home Chef.

Over the past couple of days, I was able to try out three meals that Home Chef offers and I have to admit that there was not one that I did not like. What I liked most about all three meals was their prep time. As many of you know my husband, and I eat very different foods. So making two meals in the evening is sometimes a lot of work. More than what I want to do. I usually end up eating a lettuce sandwich or something like that. With all three of these meals, the longest prep time was 40 minutes, which was the Portobello Fajita Tacos. These were fantastic and worth every second of prep time. The other two meals the Fried Goat Cheese Salad took 20 minutes whereas the Spring Fettucine with Asparagus and Lemon Gremolata took 25 minutes.

Aren’t this dishes just stunning? I love to enjoy not only tasty dishes but ones that fall together perfectly when it comes to presentation. Not only does home chef include everything you need measured out but they also give you plating suggestions so that you can present your dish perfectly to your family. The only ingredient in the dishes that is not included with your package of goods is the olive oil (when needed) and of course salt and pepper.
