One thing my husband and I love to do around the holidays is snack. Cookies, cakes and treats, OH MY!! We just love it all. I swear today I have eaten about five cookies, and I am shocked that I still have some left to take a photograph of. I use a simple recipe which will be laid out down below. Feel free to print and share with your friends, trust me you are going to want too.

To start off get all of your ingredients ready ( dropping product placement) the Kenmore Elite Mixer really does make everything so simple to do. Mixing the dry ingredients with the wet was simple and went effortlessly. One thing that I love about this mixer is that it has a light!! My kitchen does not have the best lighting, so this was a huge plus for me. See, there I go getting sidetracked again. Ok. Back to the cookies.

For the Bite Bombs, Chocolate Chip Cookies simply mix your wet and dry ingredients which are laid out below. I actually mixed my wet ingredients while I put the dry ingredients to the side in a TakeAlong. I then slowly added the dry ingredients to the mixer.

Once everything is mixed good, it is now time to make your cookies. Just use a 1/4 measuring cup if you have OCD like I do and lay them out on your favorite cookie sheet. I cooked ours at 325 for 18 minutes, but you may want to watch them because every stove is different.

I do hope that some of you check these out they are so good and using the Kenmore Elite Mixer made everything that much simpler. If you would like to see more features of this mixer check out the video.

In my product postings, most of the products have been received free for my honest review. I will always give my honest opinion. All images and posts are property of Hello Betty.
